Overview
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange or replace an existing product if it is damaged in shipping (we need proof to file a claim) This is offered for 30 days from date of Purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full replacement or exchange. Defective material or workmanship is covered for 90 days. This is covered by product exchange only once the car bra is returned and inspected.
To be eligible for a return, your magnetic car bra must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product is undamaged and in a condition that it can be resold, a 70% refund will be issued
To complete your return, we require a copy of your sales order to correctly credit your order. This policy only applies to items purchased from the MagnetBra website. It does not extend to other retail outlets.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned magnetic car bra. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us. Check your spam folders for our response
Sale items
Only regular priced magnetic car bras may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
